curious to see a real mermaid, I went down to the seashore. The mermaid

was very beautiful and her body was shining. I asked her, “What are you

doing here?” She pointed towards the sea and said, “Come my child,

come with me in my world.” I was very excited. Sadly I told her if I went

with her in the water, I would not be able to breathe and might die.

She gave me a shining locket of real pearls and said that it would help me

in swimming and to breathe underwater. I could not believe how a locket

could help a human to breathe underwater! I thought of trying it. As

soon as I wore it, my legs started transforming into a mermaid tail. I was

so scared but the mermaid held my hand and we jumped into the water.

As I went deep inside the water, I could see beautiful creatures never

seen before and I was easily able to breathe underwater with the help of

the magic locket. I flipped my tail to swim along with the mermaid.

We swam deep down in the bed of the ocean; there I could see a big wall

and a scary huge octopus guarding that wall. We went near the wall;

there the mermaid showed the locket to the octopus. After seeing the

locket, the octopus pulled a big stone. The wall slowly moved upwards

and behind that wall there was a world of mermaids. I was thrilled, but

went in with the mermaid and could see different types of mermaids. As
